The small double room was lovely and cosy, providing a safe environment away from the road, perfect for a solo traveler. Breakfast offered a great selection, including poached eggs, while dinner, although busy due to Christmas parties, was enjoyable and promptly served. the room's condition felt a bit tired, and during my stay, the bar service was sometimes inadequate, impacting the overall experience.

Had an amazing time with friends! We explored the beautiful Cams Golf Club and took a scenic walk to Portchester Castle. The staff were friendly and made our stay super enjoyable. Clean rooms and a convenient location near buses made everything easy. Don’t miss the breakfast. it's delicious!
We had little trouble getting hot water from the taps at first, which took some patience.

The double room was okay, but the lighting was super dim and the plugs were in awkward spots. Charging my phone felt like a workout since I had to bend down to plug in the kettle. The bathroom could've used some TLC too. the shower wasn't the best and it took ages for hot water. Plus, the doors were ridiculously heavy – struggled with those!

It was just an appropriate option for a lightning stop in Fareham with very good value for money. The dessert, a cherry and chocolate torte with vegan vanilla ice cream, was surprisingly delightful. Make sure to clarify your coffee order to avoid mix-ups.
